The journey began in 1968 when self employed businessmen (Mr. Sampson Bruce and Felix E. Assan  ) now CEO and Executive Director respectively of gold business decided to establish a small scale mining on their own and however invested the small capital they had accrued from his business and other family sources. They strived and worked very hard to expand the company which was successful and it worked under the government as an NGO.

The company had extended branches and in February 2004, the company was issued certificates to trade directly with individuals and company as well both inland and abroad. The company extended its services in supplying, exporting of pure gold and consultancy services on small scale mining. Today, gold business is gold dealer’s representatives both in domestic and foreign market hence exporting and selling of any kind which market exist for.
